How to change/modify my shipping address?

If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at the "Contact us" page at the bottom of the page or directly email us at support@poctek.com to send us your correct shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed we will edit your order information. Please do this before your order shipped out.

My items arrived damaged! What should I do?

We are VERY sorry about that! As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.If your order arrived damaged, click the “Contact” link below and provide us with your name, order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will help get this resolved ASAP!

Can I exchange an item?

The excange or return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. The phone case/accessory must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Please check our policy.

How long does it make process for my refund?

Returns take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

Unused and undamaged
In original packaging with tags
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

Used or visibly worn products
Items damaged by the customer

2. How to Start a Return

Email support@poctek.com with your order number and reason for return (include photos if defective).
Wait for approval and your RMA number with return instructions.
Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship it using a trackable service.

Do not send returns without an RMA.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered: Customer pays return shipping (non-refundable).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If not received, check with your bank/credit card provider.
