At Poctek, we are happy to offer free shipping on all orders to provide you with the best value and a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines.

1. Free Shipping on All Orders

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on every single order, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment withinΒ 1-3 business days. This is the time it takes for us to check, pack, and label your order.
  • Business Days: Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday, and this does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM ESTΒ will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping & Transit Time

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Standard Shipping:Β 5-8 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: Please allow for a total ofΒ 6-11 business daysΒ from the time of your order for your item to be delivered (Processing Time + Shipping Time).
  • Shipping method: By air + Local delivery.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The price you pay at checkout includes all taxes, duties, and customs fees. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Note: Delivery estimates are a guide and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections (for international orders).

4. I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours by support@poctek.com we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up toΒ 24 hoursΒ for the tracking information to become active.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged product, please take photos of the package and the item and contact us immediately at support@poctek.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement.
  • Lost in Transit: If your package tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@poctek.com within 7 daysΒ of the "delivered" date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or delayed due to an incorrect address.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order to the correct address.

8. Attentions:

  • IMPORTANT NOTE:Β In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).Β 
  • IMPORTANT NOTE:Β Orders CANNOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.Β 
  • IMPORTANT NOTE:Β If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive beforeΒ specified dates.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE:Β Any change of address once the item has been shipped out, will not be entertained. So, please carefully enter your address and please make sure it is inΒ ENGLISH.
