1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In original packaging with tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@poctek.com with your order number and reason for return (include photos if defective).
  2. Wait for approval and your RMA number with return instructions.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship it using a trackable service.

Do not send returns without an RMA.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
  • Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered: Customer pays return shipping (non-refundable).

4. Refunds
