You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

- In original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

- Email support@poctek.com with your order number and reason for return (include photos if defective).
- Wait for approval and your RMA number with return instructions.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it using a trackable service.
Do not send returns without an RMA.

- Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered: Customer pays return shipping (non-refundable).
